Kabbalistic Yoga
According to Sefer Yetzira, the oldest known Kabbalistic text, the universe was created with the energy of the letters of the Hebrew alphabet. Beside its sound vibration, each letter has a number, a symbolic story, and a physical form.
Through physically forming the Hebrew letters in specific postures, we practice connecting with these unique energies. Through embodying the letters of your name and incorporating them into a very personal form of body prayer you can connect with your divinely inspired mission.
Special breath work and visualizations of the unpronounceable name of God are incorporated into the movement and result in a powerful personal expression of Divine connection.
This workshop lasts from 1-2 hours and is suitable for high school age through adult.
